DEANA LA ROSA

Deana has been a professional in the mortgage business for 17 years. She absolutely loves the real estate & finance industry.

Her education and training are centered on the equities and bond market as a software engineer and financial analyst. Throughout her career, she has structured a professional and compassionate approach, focused on educating consumers on the home buying process. Her core strength is consulting clients in a way that anticipates their future housing and financial needs. As a leader, she enjoys coaching and mentoring team members to strategically achieve their personal and professional goals, while simultaneously taking time to appreciate the human spirit.

Born and raised in NY, the baby of 7 brothers and sisters, Deana has always enjoyed family time and learning from her parents and siblings. 15 years ago she moved to Florida and truly fell in love with the beautiful landscape and sunshine that wakes her up every morning. When not working, Deana enjoys family time with her best friend and husband Joe, their 5 amazing children (Meghan 19 Emily 17 Ali 17 Ella 11 Joey 10), and 4 dogs. The Union Home Mortgage mission and values are a perfect fit for her and her family. Additionally, Union Home Mortgage provides her with more tools to better support her clients and community.

LIZ GURTZWEILER

Liz has been in the Lending world for 13 years. She entered at the entry-level and has grown immensely in knowledge and ability over time.  She has experience in every aspect of the loan process; Originating, Opening, Processing, Underwriting, and Closing. That diversity has been a staple in her ability to problem solve and work through any challenge that comes about.

Liz believes that the combination of communication and dedication are the keys to being successful.  “If you have the dedication to get something completed and the communication skills to work through challenges, then you can accomplish pretty much anything.”

Liz loves to travel, with her favorite place being the beach. She often will get up early in the morning and make the drive to the east coast simply to watch the sunrise.   She is also the mother of 2 amazing teenagers. Her son is a sophomore in college and her daughter is a senior in High school.

WANDA ROSADO

Wanda Rosado is one of our top Production Assistants and a seasoned Loan Officer, with 19 years in the industry. Wanda uses her vast product and guideline knowledge to create loan files that are complete in their documentation and stays with the process from start to finish. She also enjoys educating clients and realtors about their different financing options.

Wanda helps current homeowners and 1st-time homebuyers secure a loan that suits both their budget and goals. She takes great pride in creating client satisfaction and clients can expect 100% transparency. Outstanding customer service is paramount in her day-to-day activities.

When Wanda is not busy working, she enjoys traveling and broadening her horizons with different and cultural food experiences.
